Pantera Tools Sub Mall offers you the opportunity to receive construction project leads directly from general contractors, bidding jobs in your area and based on your scopes of work. General contractors using Pantera's Sub Mall are in need of bids. Projects are not “scraped” from public sites, but uploaded directly by engaged members of the Pantera Tools community.
As a subcontractor, you may register for a free account, add trades and the area in which you do work. When a general contractor is seeking bids for a new project, an invitation to bid is sent through our Sub Mall and if you meet the criteria based on your trade and work area, you will have the option to download or print the drawings.
