Pantera has added a new Punch List module to the Pantera Mobile App. The Punch List feature is a tool that lets you list work to make sure contract specifications are being met. The feature will allow you to take photos and add instructions to the list. Thus, making it easier for contractors to manage, keep track and correct the list.

The Punch List adds to the current list of functionality including Document Management, Project Leads, Submittals, RFI (request for information), and Daily Reports. This complete App is available at a price of less than half of the competition.

“Our development team has worked tirelessly to complete the Mobile Field Communication App for Project Managers and Field personnel, all the while maintaining our Bid Management platform as the premier product for Estimators,” states DeWayne Adamson, CEO of Pantera Global Technology.

The Pantera Mobile App is included within the feature set of Pantera’s bidding tools and may also be purchased separately. “Our focus will be leveraging our existing customers to share their user seats with the construction side of the house, which is not an easy task, but we feel the product offer is compelling to get their attention,” Adamson continues.

The latest upgrade is one of many slated for 2019, as Pantera knows there remains a lot of opportunities for construction firms to optimize and invest in technology to increase their productivity and help their teams build well.
