Pantera Global Technology Inks Partner Agreement with Project Insight
Pantera Global Technology announced today the signing of an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Metafuse Inc. for the rights to its project management software, Project Insight, for the construction market.
The agreement will give the subsidiary Pantera LLC, and www.PanteraTools.com the most feature rich and intelligent cloud based project management solution available. Project Insight is an award winning portfolio and project management software provider based in the United States and serving countries all around the globe. Project Insight offers the most customizable, flexible solution for the mid-market, and is designed to be Project Management Institute (PMI®), the governing body of project management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) compliant, providing key sources of differentiation in the market. Under the terms of the agreement, the Project Insight software will be integrated with the PanteraTools pre-construction file sharing, contact and document management product to provide an end-to-end offering for the construction market.
PanteraTools was formed in 2009 by construction and technology veteran Dewayne Adamson to provide Invitation to Bid tools and Project Lead data to the general contractor and sub-contractor markets respectively. In 2012 PanteraTools launched the Fully Integrated Plan Room, a white-labeled product that brands the customers’ website instead of the providers. Execution of the Branded Plan Room resulted in leapfrogging the competition and provided the impetus to developing additional features to the offering. The agreement with Project Insight provides the complete feature set necessary to provide a level of project management sophistication that would otherwise take years of development team effort to build.

Our plan with this integration is to provide intelligent tools not currently available in our industry for project managers that will eliminate these costly mistakes and help complete projects within budget and on time.” Adamson further stated, “I would place Project Insight at the very top of any PM system on the planet and when combined with our products and the introduction to the construction industry, you have a game changer.” The integrated product is expected to be available in July 2013 on the PanteraTools website as an end-to-end product and will also be available as a project management standalone offering under the brand name of Pantera Project Insight.
